Newcastle haven’t been doing too well this season and I believe it is time that we got a new manager. Pardew doesn’t seem up for the job and Newcastle need to be in a higher position as they are a top 6 club in the premier league and they need a manager who can fit the top six with them as well. There is many options available and they should be offered a chance to take Newcastle into future success.
1. Newcastle are currently on their worst start to a season ever with only 21 points from 23 games and yet to win a game away from home this season. Pardew hasn’t coped with the pressure of the Europa league and leaves Newcastle in a relegation battle from which we will be lucky to stay in the premier league at the end of. If Newcastle go down it won’t be as easy to come back up as a lot of big players will leave the club.
2. Pardew’s substitutions are ridiculous in the recent game vs reading at home he had Williamson in CB playing awful, Shoal Ameobi right wing out of position and Guiterrez left wing and he is not good enough. however Pardew choose to sub Marvaux, MOTM in my opinion and Cabaye, goal scorer and the only person looking like he wanted to score. Leading us to lose a 1-0 lead and get beat 2-1 at home vs a team 2nd from bottom.
3. Pardew has no control over the players or the players who come in they do what they want on the pitch and after a hour they are out of position and don’t know what they are doing and this matter doesn’t help with the substitutions Pardew uses. The players on the pitch constantly look lost and Pardew really isn’t helping matters.
To conclude i believe the Newcastle board should sack Pardew and replace him with other managers that are available such as Di Mateo , Mark Hughes or Nigel Adkins which would all be better managers for Newcastle then Pardew has been.
